Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! If not, feel free to send it back to us for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, of the purchase price. Items must be received back to our store within 14 days of the original transaction shipping date. All store credit must be used within 30 days of the date it was issued. Customer is solely responsible for keeping up with credit memos for store credit.

Returns/Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

- Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
- A copy of the sales receipt must accompany the items(s).
- Personalized and special order items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Holiday Clothing, such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentine, etc. must be returned and received back to Sugarplum Tree no later than 5 business days before that holiday, and must meet all previously stated requirements.

Price adjustments will not be made for items purchased which are later reduced in price.

All swimwear sales are final.


Items purchased at 20% discount or greater are considered “final sale”.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s) it will be processed within 3 business days at which time you will be issued an exchange or store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
